This overview provides insights into all forms that were submitted via the FacilityApps platform, displayed in chronological order.
Visibility of Forms in Reporting
The visibility of the forms shown in this screen is determined by access to the folders where these forms are stored. Folder access is controlled via:
Settings > Rights > Documents
This same access logic applies to other screens such as:
- Activities Overview
- Sites: Activities
Form Reporting Features
- View Form’s Content – Click on a form’s reference to view the answers submitted in the app.
- Open/Download PDF – Click on the PDF icon to open or download the generated report of the form.
- Bulk Download PDF – Select multiple forms to enable the bulk download button. All selected forms will be downloaded as a single PDF document (up to 75 forms tested).
- Download Photos – If a form contains photos, you can download them as a ZIP file.
- Export to Excel – Export all saved form data. The resulting Excel file will contain separate tabs for each individual form, similar to the standard export from Forms.
